What is the return policy?
We want you to love your skincare. If something’s not right, we’re here to make it better.
Changed your mind? No problem! You can return any unopened and unused item within 30 days of delivery. Just send us an email at [shop.springnative@gmail.com] and we’ll help you through the process.
🧴 Because skincare is personal, we can’t accept returns on products that have been opened or used.
Are your products suitable for all skin types?
Yes! Spring Native products are formulated to be gentle and effective for all skin types — including sensitive, dry, oily, and combination skin.
However, we always recommend doing a patch test before first use, especially if you have sensitive skin.
When will I get my order?
We carefully pack your order the same day or the next day after you place it. Then, it usually ships out within one business day.
Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your package is on its way so you can follow its progress.

Is turmeric safe for my skin? Will it stain?
Yes, our turmeric formulations are designed to be gentle and non-staining. While raw turmeric can leave a yellow tint, our cosmetic-grade turmeric extract is carefully blended with other ingredients to avoid staining while delivering glow-enhancing benefits.
Can I use the turmeric and rice products together?
Yes! Many customers mix and match based on their needs. For example, use the Turmeric Mask for deep cleansing once a week, while sticking to the Rice Toner and Serum daily for hydration and balance.
